Welcome to Fire Bakery. We are a small wood fired oven bakery in the village of Owls Head, Maine making breads and pastries with love and a passion for tradition. (OPENING IN SPRING 2026)

Our hand crafted breads are baked daily in our custom built wood fired oven. We utilize Maine grown and milled flour and our own starter to create delicious hearth loaves. Be sure to check out our daily loaves as well as seasonal offerings. There is always something delicious to try!

Our pastries are all handcrafted using the finest local ingredients. From locally milled flour to nearby dairies and gardens we source as many local and seasonally fresh ingredients as possible. You’ll taste the difference in our pastries baked in small batches every morning!

We open our doors every day at 7AM with fresh breads and morning pastries. Later we have savories that make a great on the go lunch. Stop by for one of our menu favorites or try one of our seasonal offerings.
